Jane’s Walk — Carthage Main Street
On the first Saturday in May, Carthage joins communities around the world for Jane’s Walk. The walk honors Urban Planner and Activist Jane Jacob’s. The goal of the Jane’s Walk is to Bring the community together to explore and share histories, current issues and new direction is the community where we all live and work.
Oktoberfest — Leake County Chamber of Commerce
The Oktoberfest arts and Crafts show is held the first Saturday in October at the Carthage Coliseum. The show will bring vendors from across the state.
Sweets and Treats on Main Street — Carthage Main Street
Each Halloween night the courthouse square fills with ghost and goblins for Sweets and Treats on Main Street where merchants and area residents bring their special treats to the children of the area.
